Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about Dezu's industrial waterjet services, equipment, licensing, and how engagements work. If your question is not here, call or email — a person answers.
Is Dezu a licensed contractor?
Yes. Dezu Corporation holds PCAB Contractor's License No. 56253, is a PhilGEPS Platinum member for government procurement, and operates under a DOLE-approved Construction Safety and Health Program. Registered with the SEC since June 14, 2018 (CS201810377).
What pressure can Dezu's equipment reach?
Up to 40,000 PSI ultra high pressure — the working range for hydro demolition, surface preparation, cold cutting, and heat exchanger tube cleaning, delivered by the NLB pump line Dezu distributes exclusively in the Philippines.
Do you serve PEZA-registered factories?
Yes. Dezu works in PEZA zones regularly, holds a DOLE-approved safety program, and can invoice VAT zero-rated for qualifying locators.
Do you rent out high pressure pumps?
Yes. Daily, weekly, and monthly rental of NLB pumps and StoneAge waterblast tools, with or without Dezu operators. See the rental service page for how rental fits the try-before-you-buy ladder.
Do you do hydro demolition?
Yes — both robotic and precision hand-lance. Dezu is the exclusive Philippine distributor of Conjet hydrodemolition robots and has delivered hydro demolition on railway infrastructure, viaducts, power plants, and petrochemical facilities nationwide.
Where does Dezu operate?
Nationwide across the Philippines from our base in Santa Rosa, Laguna, and internationally for the right scope — delivered work includes Guam. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with 24/7 response for project and shutdown work.
How do I get a quotation?
Send the asset, the problem, and your window by phone or email — photos and drawings help. We reply with a method recommendation and a scope-based quotation. For shutdowns, earlier contact means better crew scheduling.
Can you prove the projects you claim?
Yes. Every project on this site is contract-verified delivered work. Some client names are withheld for confidentiality, and the full project records and client references are available in a meeting.
