Dezu provides waterjet cleaning for accessible exchanger and condenser tubes and reviews boiler-tube applications by geometry, material, condition and deposit. How does high pressure water clean heat exchanger tubes?
Water and suitable lancing tools remove deposits from reachable tube surfaces. Tool selection depends on the bore, length, bends, deposit and tube condition. Cleaning aims to remove fouling; measured heat-transfer recovery and tube-wall integrity require separate assessment.

How clean do tubes need to be for IRIS or eddy current inspection?
The inspection provider must specify preparation for the chosen method and equipment. Agree that requirement before cleaning starts. Cleaning for flow and cleaning for inspection can have different acceptance criteria; a cleaning record is not a tube-integrity certificate.
How does Dezu verify tube cleaning?
Verification is agreed for the scope and may include tube-status maps, witnessed flow checks, nozzle-passage checks and recorded exceptions. Flow acceptance does not always mean every position permits full nozzle passage.
