Dezu cleans and services industrial tanks and process vessels in the Philippines. Delivered scopes include hard-scale removal, floating roof seal work and waterjet door-sheet cutting. Each proposal identifies the asset, deposit, substrate, access and acceptance requirement, with site responsibilities and waste handling defined for the work.
What tank work does Dezu deliver?
The delivered record includes high pressure cleaning, process-vessel scale removal, external floating roof seal repair and replacement, and waterjet door-sheet cutting. These are separate scopes. Residue removal, sludge extraction, transport and disposal responsibilities must be stated in the quotation rather than assumed to be included.
How is work on a tank in hydrocarbon service assessed?
The owner and contractor must agree the asset condition, isolation, atmosphere controls, access and permits before work. A flame-free waterjet method does not remove every ignition or confined-space risk. The Guam door-sheet case demonstrates a completed application, not blanket suitability for every tank.
Can robotic equipment reduce confined-space entry?
Remote-operated tools can reduce exposure on suitable surfaces and tasks. Magnetic crawlers need a compatible steel surface and workable geometry; they are not a universal non-entry tank-cleaning solution. The access plan determines what still needs personnel and how the work is controlled.
Can Dezu remove hard scale from process vessels?
Yes. Dezu delivered mixed-sulfide scale removal from a brick-lined HPAL reactor vessel. For a new scope, provide the deposit, lining or substrate, dimensions, access and acceptance requirement. Method selection must account for the condition that needs preserving.
