Process-pipe deposits and restrictions
Review slurry lines, process-water circuits and accessible pipe internals by line condition, deposit and tool access. Define the isolation and release needed for each workfront.
Accessible equipment and surface buildup
Identify the deposit to remove, the surface to retain and the required result. Cleaning for maintenance access and surface preparation for coating have different acceptance requirements.
Heat-exchanger tube cleaning
Provide the exchanger geometry, tube material, deposit and access. Confirm the preparation needed if an inspection provider follows the cleaning crew.
What manufacturing work has Dezu delivered?
Repeat pipe cleaning at a fiber-cement manufacturing plant
Dezu cleaned slurry and process-water lines in August and September 2026. The return crew completed its assigned lines and added scope, adapting the cleaning sequence to keep working when access changed.
Automated cleaning programme at a multinational chemical plant
Dezu’s delivered 2022–2024 programme used an NLB pump with a 3D nozzle on a telescopic lance across recurring orders. This is an established delivered programme, distinct from proposing an automated package for a new plant. See the project register.
Waterjet pump maintenance at an industrial precast facility
Recorded maintenance and repair of client-owned high-pressure pumps supports the equipment side of plant cleaning. A service visit and a future maintenance arrangement are scoped separately.
Can Dezu clean process pipes at a manufacturing plant?
Dezu has delivered slurry and process-water pipe cleaning at a Philippine fiber-cement manufacturing plant. A new scope starts with the deposit, pipe construction, access openings, line-release sequence and required cleaning checks. The plant’s operating status does not remove the need to isolate and release the relevant line.
Can you work around a limited shutdown window?
Dezu reviews the cleaning sequence against the plant’s available workfronts, release times and handover requirements. In the September manufacturing attendance, the crew moved to an available workfront while another contractor occupied the planned area. Duration and availability remain specific to the proposed scope.
What evidence should a pipe-cleaning handover contain?
Identify each line, the work performed, the agreed checks and any restrictions, exclusions or added scope. Separate Dezu’s work from work done by the plant or another contractor. Keep planned lengths, measured lengths and field estimates distinguishable; a completed cleaning checklist does not itself certify pipe integrity.
How should repeat cleaning be planned?
Use the previous attendance to identify access problems, unreleased lines and the checks needed next time. Agree the next line list and window with the plant. A return visit demonstrates repeat engagement; it does not establish a universal cleaning interval or guarantee that deposits will not recur.
