What did the plant need cleaned?
The plant needed its slurry and process-water lines cleaned during the work windows it could release. Dezu had to reach the pipe internals, coordinate the openings needed for jetting and complete the work alongside other activity at the facility. The job extended from slurry lines to additional process-water pipework.
How did Dezu carry out the pipe cleaning?
Dezu used hydro jetting to clean the released lines and coordinated mechanical opening, reinstatement and housekeeping around the work. The crew worked through the available pipe sections, including additional lines requested at site. This joined the cleaning itself with the access and closeout work needed to finish each attendance.
How did the crew keep work moving when access changed?
On the September return, another contractor occupied a planned cleaning area. Dezu moved to an available workfront and continued jetting. That change kept the crew working during the access conflict instead of waiting for the original area to clear.
The team completed the assigned cleaning and an additional line, then carried through housekeeping, rig-down and demobilization. Adapting the sequence to the plant’s available areas was part of delivering the work.
What did Dezu deliver for the plant?
August delivered cleaning of slurry lines and additional process-water lines. Dezu returned in September and completed every checklist line assigned to its crew, together with the added scope. The plant received completed cleaning across the released pipework and a contractor able to adjust to site conditions through to demobilization.
The scope boundary remains specific: August included client-deferred lines and retained outstanding items and a final acceptance requirement. September’s assigned scope was complete; work performed by the plant’s own team is excluded from Dezu’s delivery.
