Waterjet equipment maintenance and repair
Dezu maintains and repairs the waterjet equipment it distributes — NLB, Conjet, VertiDrive, Klenco, and StoneAge — with genuine spare parts through the official Philippine channel. The technicians who service your unit keep Dezu's own contract fleet running between shutdowns, so your equipment is maintained by people who operate it, not just sell it.
Which equipment lines does Dezu service?
Dezu supports NLB, Conjet, VertiDrive, Klenco and StoneAge equipment, with genuine parts through the represented channels. Supply and service scope are reviewed against the unit identity and manufacturer requirements.
What should we send when a unit needs service?
Send the brand, model, serial number and service requirement or observed symptom. Include available service history and useful photographs. The review identifies the information needed for a service or parts quotation.
Can Dezu support equipment purchased elsewhere?
Yes, for represented equipment lines within the current offer. Provide the unit identity so the service and parts requirement can be reviewed. Scope, parts availability, timing and any warranty eligibility need confirmation for that unit.
Do genuine parts automatically confirm warranty coverage?
No. Parts compatibility and warranty eligibility are different questions. Confirm the applicable manufacturer terms and the unit circumstances during the service review.
