APRIS operated rental for contractors in the Philippines
Contractors can enquire about APRIS operated rental through Dezu in the Philippines. The arrangement includes a required operator or custodian with the equipment. Agree field-acquisition duties, procedure, software access, data handover and reporting responsibilities before mobilization.
Project bookings follow confirmation of equipment and software readiness, personnel, the examination procedure, and analysis/reporting responsibilities.
Who is this arrangement for?
It is a scope option for NDT and inspection companies, shutdown contractors, mechanical-maintenance providers, HVAC specialists and other qualified contractors with a defined tube-inspection project. A contractor may need equipment access while retaining its client relationship and approved inspection programme.
A visiting or overseas service company can also submit a Philippine project enquiry. Location alone does not establish equipment availability or eliminate mobilisation, licensing, operator-readiness and site-access requirements.
How does operated rental differ from full service?
Choose the commercial model from who is responsible for the work and the report. An equipment day rate is not equivalent to a completed inspection deliverable. Compare quotations against the same coverage, preparation, field duties, analysis, review, reporting and mobilisation requirements.

Is bare equipment handover available?
No. This APRIS enquiry route is operated rental with a required operator or custodian. Do not apply the separate waterjet-rental page’s with-or-without-operator options to APRIS. Equipment custody, authorised use and data handling must be agreed for the actual project.
An operator’s presence does not automatically include specialist analysis, report certification or an engineering acceptance decision. Put each responsibility in writing rather than inferring it from the word “operated”.
What must be confirmed before the hire starts?
Confirm equipment availability and condition, applicable reference and calibration requirements, software/licence access, personnel readiness, customer approval and the authorised acquisition/analysis workflow. Identify any required manufacturer support and its scope before committing the project schedule.
Dezu accepts scope-review enquiries. A confirmed booking follows those checks and agreement on commercial terms; this page does not promise immediate dispatch or a particular certification level.
What does the contractor need to arrange?
Define isolation and release of the asset, opening and reinstatement, safe access, tube-map identification, preparation, utilities, permits and the work window. Agree responsibility for scaffolding, cleaning, transport, accommodation, storage, delays and repeat examinations.
Known plugs, blocked tubes, difficult bends or missing drawings should be disclosed before quoting. Unexamined positions and incomplete coverage need a reporting path; they are not successful inspection quantities.
Who controls the data and report?
The written scope should identify the customer’s data owner, authorised recipients, file format, transfer method, retention period, review authority and final-report issuer. Rental does not automatically authorise another company to use or certify an inspection result.
Keep equipment custody, field acquisition, interpretation and engineering decisions distinct. If analysis support is required, name that responsibility and its deliverable before starting rather than adding it after acquisition.
A chiller-service contractor can request a review of APRIS acquisition within an existing annual-service window. Coordinate cleaning, access, examination and reporting with the customer’s approved providers. Agree client-contact boundaries, confidentiality, branding and data use in writing; these arrangements are not implied by equipment rental.
How should you compare rental quotations?
Compare the total scoped arrangement: included equipment and accessories, operator/custodian duties, chargeable period, mobilisation, site provisions, standby, analysis, reporting, taxes and data handover. A lower day rate may exclude work that another quotation includes.
Tube geometry, access and data requirements affect the working period. Dezu does not publish a fixed tubes-per-day production rate or an unqualified completion period. Send the RFQ and dates for a project-specific response.
Can an NDT contractor rent APRIS from Dezu?
Contractors can submit an operated-rental enquiry. Suitability, equipment and personnel readiness, approved procedure, data handling and reporting responsibilities must be confirmed before a booking.
Does rental include analysis and a signed report?
Not automatically. In operated rental, analysis, reporting and acceptance remain the contractor’s responsibility unless separately contracted. Request a full-service scope when you need those responsibilities coordinated in the quotation.
Is operator training included in rental?
Do not assume it is. Confirm personnel readiness and any training or authorisation requirements before use. Rental is not a certification programme and does not grant a new qualification.
